Owners George Steinbach & Deanna Mallery originally were only available in business when they partnered with an area factory, & operated an in-house kitchen/cafeteria when it comes to staff members that worked indeed there. They supplied morning meal items & meal deals, 5 times weekly. Then they extended and leased the kitchen and dining room through the regional VFW hallway & supported on general public for three-years before eventually buying the building a 2102 4th St. peru, Il. and starting a complete club and dining area. The Right Spice Supper Club is becoming a well known destination where the residents eat and drink on a regular foundation. "perhaps not real fancy, just genuine great food", could be the simplest way to spell it out just the right spice.

Meet with the Business Owner

Deanna did inside restaurant business since she was an adolescent, beginning as a bus person, after that waitress, catering supervisor, and from now on as co-owner along with her husband George Steinbach at the Appropriate Spice, which was operating at their existing place since 2004. Deanna, (Dee),
is a "hands-on" owner and will be located making salads for salad bar, cleansing and preparing the kitchen, every day beginning at 7a.m. on Appropriate Spice. After several morning hours, Dee is back to open things up within the afternoon, and does almost all of the cooking at night.
Her spouse George preserves the bar part of business, and handles all of the advertising and offers, and protects the publications.
